An Invitation to Disconnect & Reconnect through Light & Colour

About

We often forget to pause and observe the nature’s art. The atmospheric shifts in light and colour are nature's quiet artistry, reminding us to simply disconnect online & reconnect offline.

Through an exploration of light and colour, my art invites you to reconnect in the present moments.

Reconnect yourself to nature’s artistry through its atmospheric changes in light and colour

The Art of Letting Go

Paint, Reflect, Connect

Monthly Intimate Creative Experiences in London

Reflect and connect through the release of movement. City life can be tightening—exhausting and isolating, leaving us wound up and disconnected.

The art of letting go is to let go of the tension we carry. In Japanese (緩める) and Chinese (放松), to relax is to loosen, to let go. Through mindful painting, we relax our minds by loosening our bodies to the movement of brush and colour—letting go of control, of perfection, of the tension we carry.

This is respite from the busyness and a space for genuine connection.

One in three people born in the UK today will develop dementia in their lifetime.

Dementia is a cruel disease which slowly erodes the minds and reduces individuals to adult toddlers..

My grandma was bed bound for the last years of her life and I struggled with the loss of my grandma; a thriving strong woman who refused to bind her feet reduced to an adult toddler.

Though my grandma is no longer with us. I still wish to remember her resilient spirit by selecting Alzheimer’s Society as my Charity partner.
